There is a dedication in the closing credits to "Spider-Man" creators Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, who passed away in 2018.
It is an image of Stan Lee's glasses with a quote: "That person who helps others simply because it should or must be done, and because it is the right thing to do, is indeed without a doubt, a real superhero. - Stan Lee" "Thank you Stan Lee & Steve Ditko for telling us we're not the only ones."
SPOILER: After the end credits, Spider-Man 2099 (Miguel O'Hara) travels to Spider-Man (1967) and has a comical encounter with the Spider-Man of that show.
The Comics Code Authority seal, which was used in the period Spider-Man was created to authorize a comic book for public access, appears in the beginning of the film.
The opening Sony, Columbia Pictures, Marvel, Sony Pictures Animation, and Pascal Pictures logos appear in comic-book art.
The Super Collider device activates and causes them each to shift between various alternate versions.
